At check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a large room. It turned out to be worth it, because the room was spacious and had a balcony. The location is strategic, close to many dining options but the atmosphere inside the hotel is quiet & comfortable. The staff is friendly & responsive.

Very bad! I stayed for 5 hours and this 1 employee was always the problem. Asked for the wifi password but left it to play games, asked to be cleaned and said the staff hadn't come, asked to be cleaned again and said they couldn't even though he was busy hanging out with his friends on the terrace, wanted to get online food I had to open the door and gate myself even though it was already 8 am (this was the first time a guest opened the door and gate of the guest house) and the worst thing was that I was sent a message and said it was fully booked, aka throwing out guests just because I told the truth. Bad attitude.

Lokasi cukup strategis, proses check-in cepet, sudah ada smart tv, disediain dispenser juga depan kamar. Tapi kamar agak berdebu, ada sampah di beberapa laci, dan tirai kurang bisa nutup.

It was awesome to stay here for about 1 week. All the facilities were good, and I used wifi only because the network cellular didn't work in my room. However, I'm very pleased due to the two cute cats here! 👌
