For the bathroom is dirty, lots of ants and dirt. The walls are leaking and not maintained and the yard is overgrown with grass. The swimming pool is not clean.

Overall good, but try to clean the room more. Nice view, far from the highway, not noisy.

The opening staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful even without AC, it's cold. There was a flood yesterday because the gallon dispenser leaked, but it was quickly replaced. There are 2 blankets too, unfortunately the swimming pool is cold. That's all, overall the best, comfortable, feel at home.

Recommended for family gatherings.

Advantages: Friendly staff, Varied breakfast Disadvantages: Delay in room facilities (Extra bed, towels, mats, floor still wet) Grass is already tall, Trash piled up in front of the room, Broken bathroom door (My child was locked in the bathroom), No more hot water pool.

Everything is very good, our family is comfortable staying here. The staff is friendly, there is a slight problem, the handling response is fast, the cleanliness is very good, very satisfied for 3 days 2 nights here, highly recommended for a vacation with family 😇

Its worth enjoying with family in Ciater valley resorts

There are no spoons and forks. But I like the view. Overall it's ok. It's also nice to have gallon water so I save on drinking water.

staying here is nice... the atmosphere is quiet, there is only one thing missing, there is no spoon to stir tea and coffee and there are no tissues next will bring the family here again... hopefully the coffee spoon is ready 😆

I will never come back here again. I have requested room number 10. And it has been approved. But I was given room number 5 which is really uncomfortable. It's like a parking lot. I will never come here again.

Even though when I stayed there on a weekday, there weren't many guests, but the service was still great.

the swimming pool below is so nice to fill,,,, the room is comfortable but the pillows are a little hard,,,, the bathroom is clean and there is warm air,,,, the room is also comfortable, the service is okay,,, the atmosphere is really peaceful at night,,,,, the food is a bit not very good especially the shake noodles.... everything is okay, the main thing is with a cheap price thank you..... next time I will definitely come here again even though I am tired of walking upstairs for breakfast after exercising🤭

In my opinion, the minus for the hotel room is that there are a lot of ants in the bathroom so I have to call the operator to clean it and the refrigerator doesn't turn on, I've called and there's no solution even though I want a cold drink. The quality of the TV is also lacking, there's minimal light. And it's very airtight, there's no ventilation in the house so I have to call the operator to ask for another fan: (and for chocolate drinks, the taste is just right but for fried noodles, the minus is too salty pls😭🙏🏻 for aglio olio pasta, there's also too much cayenne pepper and I thought they would use sauce like in general, it turned out to be just plain and only use cayenne pepper: (for the taste of the food, please improve it again & the room, please check it better so that other customers won't be disappointed too. I don't know why that guy is salty? Was he careless because there were a lot of other customers? I asked from the beginning, he said it would be delivered in 20 minutes but I took quite a long time, more than 20 minutes, it wasn't delivered either, but no problem, please fix it again! 🤍🤏🏻
