overall everything is ok! only 1 thing is unfortunate, kids add quite expensive breakfast cost 75 thousand. whereas kids usually only eat porridge/cereal! maybe if 30-50 thousand is still worth it.

Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Access is a bit far out. Entertainment facilities are lacking. Hot water is sometimes hot, sometimes cold.

Always when I go to Puncak Cipanas if I want to staycation, I always go to Lembah Permai Resort. All the staff have a good attitude, the food is quite delicious even though the room doesn't have AC, it's really cold. A family favorite hotel of course.

I checked in at 14:30, when I checked in I had to wait for the room to be cleaned. aka not ready yet. quite long, about 40 minutes.
then in the room it was a bit scary, at 03:30 AM. there was an apparition in the room until I woke up from sleep because I had goosebumps.
the rest is good. maybe the time management needs to be fixed again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel area is well maintained, the atmosphere is calm, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast is very varied. Overall the food tastes good. Always choose Lembah Permai for a staycation with family. The rate is still affordable for a 3-bedroom villa.

stay here during high season, room rate around 800k.

Room like boarding house. room 103.
there is also no view.
the bathroom floor is slanted, not facing the drain hole, so the floor of the sink area is stagnant with water, dangerous for children.
there are also many old buildings, which have not been renovated, empty buildings and are weathered, so it's a bit creepy at night.
the room key can't be used at 8 am, so the children after swimming wait for the key in the cold in front of the room for about 20 minutes.
(Service is not very fast)

The service is friendly but not very fast.
the area is quite cold, for those who like cool places it's suitable here.
otherwise, I don't think there's anything else.

the distance from the room to the restaurant is very far. but overall it's good. friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious food. this is really a staycation, because the location of the inn is in a valley so if you want to go out you have to take a vehicle 😆

The swimming pool is really dirty, I thought it was because it was cleaned in the afternoon and the next morning, but it turned out to be the same, still dirty, the breakfast was also ordinary, tasteless. There was no tissue in the room, when I entered I could smell the smell of urine, hopefully it can be fixed, even though the place is nice, quiet, comfortable for relaxing, cool even without air conditioning
