Kmarx is small for standard size. But after all it's quite a price for the weekend. Can refill drinking water and can make tea and coffee outside. There is hot water. TV is still cable.

Yesterday, my relative recommended that if you stop by in Balikpapan, try staying here because the price is friendly and the room is comfortable. When we arrived at the location, it turned out to be a very comfortable place, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and fragrant. A mini pantry is provided to make tea and coffee. The parking lot is also very spacious. The corners of the guest house are also aesthetic so I took the time to take some photos above hehe. Btw, they also provide car rental services that can be used to travel around East Kalimantan. Overall, it is highly recommended ✨✨

The staff is very friendly, responsible and helpful. The room is good for that price and the distance to the Penta City Mall is quite close. It is strategic and easy to access the location for ordering motorcycle taxis.

Suggestion, maybe you can do an extermination for ants + their nests. Because it is very disturbing to the bed. And the trash can does not have plastic. I got a room that did not have hot water. But overall it is very comfortable if only for a few days of staying. There are quite a lot of food vendors in front of the main road, clean, smooth water, not noisy. The service is fast. #sweetseller. Thank you😇. *suggestion for married couples, the room is not soundproof 😉

1. The AC is not cold, just so-so. The AC needs maintenance at least once every 3-6 months and must be washed, if it is not washed, it will be this cold at 3 am. 2. Dirty towels are more brown than white. Well, buy new ones or what, how many times are you going to use them? 3. The WiFi connection is unstable. Just use a normal one like Indihome, Biznet, why use vouchers if you get kicked every 10 minutes? 4. The electricity goes off and on up to 9 times. If you want to open a guest house, make sure the KWH is adequate. Plus points. 1. The bathroom has hot water. 2. Mineral water, tea and coffee are free and unlimited. 3. Good location. 4. The staff is polite and helpful. 5. The position of the plug is right, nothing weird

It was a jackpot to get this accommodation🥹Because it was my first time in Balikpapan and I immediately got this and it was cheap and of course everything was close to cafes, malls, beaches and others so I didn't lose money by motorbike taxi🫶🏻🫶🏻 and I really like the atmosphere😭and the staff are really fun and all nice💯💯💯Thank you to all the staff🫶🏻🫶🏻If I have more luck, I will definitely come back here if I go on holiday to Balikpapan🫶🏻🫶🏻

Suitable for transit hotels with quite affordable prices. Need to improve TV facilities that do not have broadcast channels, suggestions are enough to use an antenna with standard channels, no need for a subscription. The rest is okay.
