I will be a regular if I go to Balikpapan again. The room is clean, spacious, and has a sofa bed. The environment is quiet and very comfortable. It is also close to everywhere.

The place is nice, it fits perfectly with the size of the room. It's just that maybe the placement of the TV is wrong, because it's not in the same direction as the bed.

There is no AC remote in the room, so you can't control the temperature in the room.

Very clean, even though the budget room is not very spacious, it is clean, smells good, basically every time I go to BPP I will come here again, the only downside is that there is no lift, hahaha

I stayed for 4 days 3 nights with a Superior Balcony room type. The location is strategic because it is quite close to the main road and the Mall. This guest house is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also well maintained and very clean. The bathroom is also clean and there are hot water facilities. The bed is comfortable and the GH area is also quiet so I can sleep well. The staff is also very friendly and makes the check-in and check-out process easy so you don't have to wait long. Security is also very well maintained after 10 pm the gate is closed, if you want to enter you can press the bell or just honk from the car.
