Good service, fast check in/out process, quite comfortable for resting, but men and women should be separated, please make the place of worship more comfortable, if possible, equipped with a fan and Qibla direction, good job

This is my 1st time trying a capsule hotel and I immediately liked it. The room and bathroom are clean, the atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy, the AC is cold. Just please fix the lock in the bathroom, there is one that doesn't have a valve. I will stay here again

For women, it's very safe, because there are special rooms and toilets for women, the toilets are also big, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are quite clean. As described, you can get breakfast, bread, tea, etc.

Quite cheap. It's not bad if you just need a short break to get rid of drowsiness, but if you're staying overnight with your wife and kids, the capsules seem a bit small.

I've stayed here 3 times every time I go to Surabaya. The location is close to Gubeng Lama Station. The prayer room is now bigger and there is a wudhu tap in front of it. It used to be very small. Thank God there have been changes. Hopefully I can stay at Livinn again next time
