Pelayanan receptionist baik dan ramah. Sangat membantu bila kita memerlukan bantuan. Lokasi strategis persis seberang Blok M Plaza, dekat ke Blok M Square dan Terminal Blok M.

Not bad, only the air conditioner is not cold enough, there is a mini fridge but you can't use it because it doesn't work. The bathroom is a bit small but ok. The most disturbing thing is that the area around it is really noisy, especially in the middle of the night you can really hear loud noises from outside because the position of the room is right behind the access to the Mall but that's okay, that's all. Next, hopefully it will be even more comfortable. The waiters are friendly, sat set too, thanks.

Apart from being close to places to eat and transportation hubs, this hotel provides smoking rooms, and they are quite comfortable for the price.
