For that price, it's really good, comfortable, cold air conditioning, clean bathroom. For standard rooms, the bathroom is outside.

It turned out to be a shared bathroom, lots of mosquitoes and big ones, after 12 midnight the hotel staff was gone, and couldn't enter the room because after 12 no staff and the key was faulty, the hotel phone was called but no one answered, until 1.30 am was only able to enter the room, because of the initiative to look for the master key in the hotel drawer. Until 7 am the staff came back. The bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water, the AC was 1/2 pk so the room was not cold enough, the blanket had spots.

I chose a superior room for a family of 2 adults, 3 children (asked for an extra bed for the children) because I didn't want to separate rooms. The bathroom is clean, the shower can be set to warm water too if you want to shower early in the morning. The WiFi connection is also fast. There's a pantry too, so you can make your own food, hehe. It's perfect for families. The area is also strategic for tourism because it is near Ma Ancol, restaurants, etc.

Affordable price, good area, comfort place, so many mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. 1 frontliner impolite (I ask one toothpaste in the morning. Because I stay for 10days and I ran out the toothpaste, and he said: o I don't know, that should be a housekeeping thing, and he pointed towards to the bathroom and said: there toothpaste there, and I go to there and nothing and back to the room) so many times I stay at LUGANO, but at this time I found 1 frontliner IMPOLITE! So sorry.

Overall it is very good, cleanliness is maintained, as guests we can also cook, a place & eating utensils are provided, as well as cooking utensils, the bathroom is clean, the staff is also friendly and helpful if there is a need, only the rooms have lots of mosquitoes, even though the hotel is clean, but maybe The environment outside the hotel causes lots of mosquitoes, but each room is provided with an electric mosquito repellent along with a refill. Access to the busway station is also very close, there are lots of places to eat, there is a Starbucks in front of the hotel, Padang food, etc. Overall, I recommend this hotel, especially for people who are visiting Jakarta for the first time, because it has easy access to everywhere. Thank You.
