The receptionist is rude and arrogant. Even though I checked in late, I still had to wait for 38 minutes with the reason that the reservation was not found. The swimming pool is dirty and full of fallen leaves. The shower water is small, not satisfying when taking a shower. The sink is clogged

Villanya bagus. Nyaman. Tapi yang kurang suka banyak ulat dimana-mana. Mungkin bisa lebih diperhatikan. Karena ga semua tamu suka sama ulat. Apalagi yang bawa anak kecil. Yang ke 2 makanan sangat kurang dari segi rasa. Jauh dari bintang 5. Ketika saya dateng jam 10an untuk sarapan, makanan banyak yang habis. Bahkan air putih pun ga ada. Dan ketika saya makan, udah ada karyawan yang nyapu-nyapu dan pegang serokan di sebelah saya, 😅.

The villa is good, it's just a shame there are so many snails and leeches in front of the "room, & a lot of the interior looks old 🫣, it's too dim" the room lights & for masking equipment and others are good but it looks older & lots of dust, lots of things which needs to be upgraded.

Very clean, comfortable, really top. Especially during the pandemic, usually hotels or villas are not maintained, maintenance is not reduced at all, the swimming pool is clean. The staff is very friendly, really great.

The villa is well maintained, but the food is poor and so the front office service. Since the villa is mostly open air, a lot of insects and bugs in the villa, even rats and cats can eat anything left in the dining table.
