the hotel room is nice and comfortable, the location is also convenient because there are many food and beverage outlets around. I would like to suggest that the hotel name/sign be made easier to see because when I first arrived it was a bit difficult to find the hotel. overall it is highly recommended to stay here

name of the hotel please put it in the building... the receptionist should not be on the 2nd floor, in general the hotel is at the welcome door... all that is written in the description please be in accordance with such as hairdryer and iron must be available in the room described, because guests usually see the room facilities in the application description, if according to their needs are available then the room will be selected... in the meantime just my input, oh yes, just a regular iron, no need for a steam iron like last night, also a hairdryer must be available in the bathroom...

Overall the place and location are good, there are many places to eat around but unfortunately first the car park is slippery and steep and second the water heater in the room is not felt. Hopefully in the future it will be better, thank you.

Cleanliness is ok because the hotel is new, but the water heater is not functioning properly, the breakfast menu is limited, there is not much variety, the room is spacious, the receptionist is friendly, the city view is given according to the request.

The place is close to culinary food, easy access by busway, motorbike/car parking is available in the basement and in the hotel lobby. After entering, it turns out that Google TV is already available, there is Netflix but you have to log in using a personal account (so this is not a problem, at least this is okay) overall staying here is really TOP with a super GOOD location
