Overall good. Like the room and vibes. Bed is clean. Room also clean. Pool is good but will be better if the water maintained more regularly to keep it clean.

Very strategic location, but the location is quite congested, it's natural because this is Seminyak. The condition of the room is good, only the bathroom is not well maintained, there are many stains especially the sink, the drain in the shower is not smooth. The food is also so-so. At first I felt a bit annoyed about 2 things with the service and the attitude of the FO. First, they said they couldn't double card, there was no greeting or inviting me to sit down. Second, there was a cake before checking in when I took it because I was not reminded, I was thrown to the cafe area and thrown again to the FO area, tiring. But all that paid off and my mood immediately changed very happy because the FO named Mbak Sasa was very friendly, helpful, she herself delivered a birthday cake to my room with happy birthday greetings many times. Thank you Mbak Sasa, you saved this hotel from the bad review that I was going to write.

Need to improve is about parking slot that need more upgrade, because when full, the time for move out car from basement to front of the hotel is one and half hour.
