Transit on the way from home, at the time of check-in the lobby area was crowded with guests who wanted to check in, coincidentally it was almost evening and there was only 1 receptionist, a guy (oh I forgot his name), but the guy in the midst of the hustle and bustle still served the guests in a friendly manner. Thank you Luminor.

The comfort in the room is quite good and the breakfast is quite varied. However, the management needs to pay attention to the ceramic floor in the room, some have lifted it, so opening the door becomes difficult and at some point it can suddenly break

The staff is friendly, very helpful when checking in, the room is clean and comfortable, the toilet is clean.... First time staying here, from the outside it looks like a regular hotel, parking is limited. The lobby is normal, the elevator is old and old. The direction to the room is very dirty carpet. The gong is also the room, the ceramic floor is dirty + like loose. Wavy parquet floor, dirty walls. Basically the photos on Traveloka and the real thing are very different 😭

Check-in schedule is 2 but the room is ready at 3. Have to wait first. Room 102 toilet smells really bad, spreading an unpleasant aroma even though it is not being used like the smell of a full septic tank. The aroma is really disturbing. For the others, it's not bad.
