I stayed in room 203, a non-smoking room. The staff at the front desk were very helpful when I checked in late. The fatigue of the long journey and Jakarta's traffic jams was paid off with a comfortable, fragrant, and clean room. Around the hotel area there are many delicious places to eat from Gultik to Japanese food. A short walk is enough to cool off at M Blok Plaza. If you want to walk a little further, there is also Blok M Square. Security and housekeeping are very friendly, greeting and ready to help. Six nights at Denz Premiere was very worth it and I will come back here. Keep improving your quality, Denz Premiere. Thank you.

Staying at Denz Premier Mahakam felt like a real win—the place is super comfortable, clean, and has an elegant vibe without being overly exclusive. The location is also incredibly strategic, making it incredibly easy to get everywhere. The room? Excellent. The interior is modern, fragrant, and tidy, making you want to lie down for a long time. The bed is soft, the AC isn't too cold or leaky, and the bathroom is clean—the kind that makes you feel like, "Okay, this is worth it." The service is also top-notch. The staff is friendly, responsive, and it's really obvious they genuinely care about their guests. Check-in and check-out are smooth and without any drama. In short, if you need a comfortable, tidy, and value-for-money place to stay, Denz Premier Mahakam is a great choice. I'll definitely be back.

I stayed for quite a while, about 9 nights, and the AC in the room wasn't cold and had errors several times. In the end, I asked to move rooms. The location is very close to Plaza Blok M, next to the hotel there is a reflexology place and Starbucks. The facilities and comfort of the room need to be improved. Oh yeah, the room is also not soundproof (I could hear the voices of guests from the next room).

The staff and security are very friendly, the room is very comfortable and smells good, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, but you can still hear the noise from the next room, it's not very soundproof, so far everything is pleasant and recommended for those who want a staycation or vacation while enjoying the many culinary delights in the surrounding area.

for the staff and service is very good. around the hotel is clean.. the room is also clean.. only one complaint from me is the water in the bathroom.. I wanted to take a shower at 19.00 after walking around Blok M there was no water at all.. please pay attention to the management..
