the receptionist is not friendly, the rooms are not air conditioned, the beds and pillows smell bad, the water does not flow, and because I ordered via Traveloka they ask not to order from Traveloka anymore, not at all friendly, for other guests it's better to look for a hotel or another guest house, for Traveloka the cooperation contract will be terminated, very disappointing

Book a deluxe room (the best) but get a dirty room instead. the room lights didn & apos; t work, the water in the bathroom ran out, the mattress was itchy, was given on the 4th floor and had to go up the stairs.

Bad experience staying at this place. The service was not friendly at all, the room smelled bad, the bed cover smelled, the pillows could not be used because of the strong smell, the bathroom was not proper, and asking for a pillow replacement could not because all the conditions were the same. I had to check out earlier from this place because I felt so uncomfortable, smell of cat pee around the stairs.

When you want to check-in, you should be able to check-in at 14:00 but still can't? Quite disappointing because you have to wait a long time. Then the water sometimes doesn't run.

I was purchased superior double bed room, but they try to move me to another stinky smaller room with less benefit. Their try to make me to choose between least better room on 4th floor or last room available at 1st floor, where neither of it are not fit as double bed superior room that I've ordered via app. and the worst of it, I've received and purchased order payment from my credit card which I never used for payment.

Receptionist service is not good and shows unfriendly nature or ethics and never gives a smile as a service provider. Wearing the hijab but not showing modesty to consumers. And even said that they don't want to cooperate with the Traveloka Site but the Traveloka Site does not want to let go. I was also confused by the receptionist and the person who claimed to be a manager because I didn't want to accept the policy if I paid via a transper to the Traveloka Site and wanted him to pay on the spot at check-in and I was confused and asked and argued that what was working and There is a Makassar guest house in the application and it is clearly stated on the application that you can transfer to the Traveloka Site. The ugliest inn, the sheets are not replaced with the smell, the bathroom is dirty with cigarette butts, the air conditioner is not cold. Anyway, don't ever sleep in this hotel.
