Ok overall ok. Clean and comfortable

Location on the side of the road. For standard rooms, it is quite large, there is a bathtub in the bathroom. There is a water heater. The downside is that the AC is not cold, the AC is an old model. The swimming pool is dirty and cannot be used

Asking for warm drinking water isn't given, right? Usually every hotel provides hot drinks, but there aren't any dispensers at the hotel? At night we were told to buy it out, we paid for the hotel, it wasn't sleepy.

Pertama, saya memesan kamar depan kolam renang. Diberikan ke kamar nomor 128 (samping kolam renang) saya konfirmasikan ke recepsionist ada kamar nomor 139 kenapa tidak di sana, feedbacknya ada kamar itu dipesan berderet tiga permintaan konsumen. Padahal pemesanannya lebih dulu saya ketika saya cek tanggal pesan dan jam pesan. Kedua, hotel ini sudah lama, banyak perabot tidak terawat, aroma kamar yang apeg dan bau kecoa. Jangan kesini kalau mencari kenyamanan untuk para traveler maupun family. Ketiga, karyawan di hotel ini terbatas, bahkan saya mengkonfirmasi ke recepsionist yang mengambil alih pekerjaan housekeeping di beberapa part tertentu. Mereka menyampaikan bahwa karyawan terbatas karena hariannya tamu hanya 1-2 orang. (income rendah dan output konsisten ini yang saya lihat). Keempat, kolam renang yang disajikan di gambar dengan aktual kondisi sangat kotor, terutama kolam anak yang dikonfirmasi akan dibersihkan ketika datang kemudian saya komplain ke recepsionist akan dibersihkan sorenya tapi sampai besoknya tak kunjung dibersihkan. Kelima, jika anda sedang ke sini, silahkan perhatikan housekeeping yang akan membersihkan kamar pengunjung yang sudah check out, mereka tidak membawa selimut pengganti ataupun sprei pengganti. Mereka hanya merapihkan saja (bayangkan kalau sprei atau selimut itu kotor tetapi tidak dicuci). Secara suasana sekitar cukup sejuk dan nyaman, parkiran luas, hanya minus di area yang saya sampaikan. Sebaiknya di replace perabot kunonya yang rusak, supaya hotel ini makin cantik dan nyaman.

Pertama check in dapet lamar lantainya banyak semut, kamar mandi tidak ada tempat gantung baju, sprei nya kotor. Pindah kamar, cuma dikasih teh celup 1kantong dan sprei nya juga kotor, channel TV nya hanya 4.

Kamarnya lumayan bersih, AC dan WiFi nya juga bagus, staff ramah, lokasi dekat dengan minimarket dan jajanan, sarana transportasi umum juga mudah terjangkau, kamar mandi agak bau WC-nya dan kolam renang kurang terawat. Secara keseluruhan baik sesuai dengan budget
