we had a good experience during our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful. unfortunately, the room we stayed had minor damage such as the AC temperature can’t adjusted also the phone not working.
but overall, we are happy to stay at Mangkuluhur.

The service is friendly, the room is clean, the toilet is clean, the swimming pool is also clean. The breakfast food is varied, staying during Eid al-Fitr, during breakfast there is lontong sayur, rendang 😍

Great experience, got a free upgrade to the newest room, family room I think. Really spacious and clean. The mattress and pillows are still very new. The bathroom is also spacious and clean.

At the beginning of check in, they said free upgrade to premium, but after we arrived in the premium room, it smelled musty like a stuffy room, checked the water in the bathtub, it was a cloudy brownish color, a 5-star hotel, but it was. So we asked to move rooms according to the booking, which was artsy king, when we got to the room, the bathtub drain cover was broken and a manual cover was provided, again for a 5-star hotel in the capital. Amenities are quite limited, only a little soap and shampoo are provided, stayed for 2 nights, after the room was cleaned, they didn't give us new ones. So we ran out of shampoo and soap. While at the hotel, the parking area is in the basement. The security is not helpful at all. Many parking areas are closed but they don't direct us where to park. When checking out, we said from the beginning for a late checkout, we confirmed it and said we could check out at 13.00. However, at 12.15 we were told we had to check out by 12.30, so we were very rushed. Overall, it seems like it can't be repeated for a staycation here. The hotel still has the ambiance of an old hotel even though some have been renovated

Very dirty, hummid room, there’s bugs inside, damp carpet, operator phone rarely picked up, shower head not working properly and leaks everywhere.
