when I arrived, I ordered mares 4, but was told to go to mares 3. The process of getting the key was long and complicated, I had to get it myself from the motorbike parking lot. When I asked for clear instructions, the owner gave half-hearted instructions so I had to go back and forth to get the key and visitor's paper. When I wanted to enter the room, I was stopped by the security guard, he said the access key was fake. It embarrassed me because many other people saw it. For the condition of the room, you can see the photo, it's not very clean. I didn't expect much because the price was cheap. Luckily yesterday it was only to put things away so I didn't have to stay there for long

The voucher has been issued after confirmation to the contact person, it was informed that all units were occupied, and the tenant offered to change the route to Cibubur or refund. Very unprofessional. This is not a matter of price but a matter of service. Not recommended.

Just a suggestion, you should think 7 times about staying or renting here. It was a bad experience to rent a room here. Starting from the beginning when picking up the key, the experience was already bad, I was asked to pick up the key in the motorbike parking lot, but I got it myself from the motorbike seat. When checking out, I had good intentions of asking the receptionist to give it to me, but the owner got angry. I should have just left it in the room or returned it to the motorbike seat. I was terrorized by WhatsApp, phone calls and video calls continuously. To come back to the apartment to get the key myself and return it to the room. This is really bad. Plus the room and bathroom are dirty, the AC is not cold. If so haha.

The parking lot to the apartment lobby is a bit far, but that's okay, it's compensated by a very comfortable room with a beautiful view of Depok city.

It's dirty, the electric plugs are coming loose, the bathroom is really dirty... and so on... the wait for someone with an appointment at 2 o'clock to arrive is really long... we go in at 2.30, we immediately check out at 3.30, aka moving accommodation.

Highly recommended for people who are willing to pay to be tortured. The air conditioner doesn't work, the sink & bathroom have never been brushed, the mattress makes my body ache, the pillows and bolsters are really flat. Just be careful who wants to stay overnight, it's an old photo.
