The room amenities are not complete in the room and we ask for the food to deliver to the room when we order from the restaurant but they told us there is a extra charges for the delivery which is not make sense at all, a lot of mosquitoes in the room make us feel uncomfortable to sleep during the night. Many things need to improve

Additional charge for three people of 150k is not listed in the app. Deposit of 200k is okay. There are small ants on the bed that make your body itch. The bathroom and room are very old. Hot water is only used for a moment and it is cold again. The stairs to the room are far and steep. No help at all from the hotel staff. There was a guest checking in at 1 am next to the room, but it was so noisy that they woke up and could only sleep again at 3 am. It's a shame that Samosir rarely has a branded hotel. For the price of 750k in the city, you can probably get a much better hotel. Enough once and if I go to Samosir I won't want to stay here again

Lodging right on the edge of Lake Toba, rooms according to the picture, spacious bathrooms, clean rooms, strategic location. Only access to the room must walk a little from the lobby because the room is located below near Lake Tona.

At night the hotel is very scary, when it's sunny the view is very nice. The service is lacking, such as food cannot be delivered to the room. The receptionist is not very friendly to local people but very friendly to foreigners. Even though local people choose expensive rooms, not standard ones. For honeymoon, I think it's not suitable because you can't get a romantic atmosphere here. The rest is okay.

It's a shame that with decent facilities, even though there are too many stairs, the male frontliners with tattoos are very disappointing, talking like drunk people, talking too much. I demanded breakfast benefits, instead I blamed Traveloka, the information was that it was Traveloka's fault. I'm a customer, why did they ask me to coordinate with Traveloka? How can Lake Toba tourism be even more advanced, if the quality of human resources is like that? Apart from him, the other officers were still friendly and served well. Another minus, apart from the lights going out several times, the wifi doesn't reach all areas, even the bedroom area.

The view is so wonderful😊😍 the only downside is the parking lot is not spacious enough, maybe for elderly people, it is not suitable to come here. Because going to the room is a bit tiring going down the stairs😊 overall good. The staff are friendly👍

Tempatnya nyaman, tapi kamar jauh ke bawah dan lobi di atas jadi capek naik turun tangga. Harga kamar 800 ribu tapi sarapan di jatah perorang 1 porsi. Padahal untuk harga hotel segitu biasanya udah sarapan model prasmanan. Ambil yang tipe standar 600 tanpa sarapan tapi kamar gak ada TV, pemanas air minum juga gak ada padahal untuk harga kamar segitu biasanya fasilitas kamar udah lengkap. Gak lagi deh, cukup sekali nginap di sini.
