The staff was very communicative. I had probably with my aircon in the middle my stay, it was late night but they managed to get it fixed the day after. It was a good stay after all๐

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean, complete facilities at affordable prices, road access is also close to food stalls, grocery stores, minimarkets, and to Kuta city, as well as spacious parking, the lounge is also spacious ๐๐ really like it and it's comfortable here ๐๐
