The hotel staff An/ka' Pipit is very friendly. When confirming check in by phone and WA chat, it can make our hearts worry-free. Because our position checked in by app with our position from Kudus to Solo Hotel Mawar. Alhamdulillah, the staff was very helpful. It's suitable to stay here with a cheap budget. Notice: want to check out, the tap water is off. We reported it & it was fixed immediately. At first he was indifferent, then we chased him and informed the hotel staff continuously. Lack of power outlets, confused about charging my cellphone, so I had to turn off the TV first. The hot water also didn't work. The cleanliness of the room was okay but the closet couldn't be used because it was dirty. Next time, the facilities could be improved because the location is already supportive.

Please keep in mind the price… for a very affordable price, you can get a double bed, AC, parking, and tea + bread for breakfast, this is very good. Best value for money. Access is also super strategic. Fun. Thank you

Friendly and good service, for Suite class rooms it seems inappropriate because the cleanliness of the bathroom is not well maintained and rather dirty, there is no hot water as stated in the room facilities, the AC/air conditioner has no remote (manual) and is dirty, the room lighting is not bright. This hotel is more suitable for transit only. Hotel management should pay attention to the cleanliness of the room/space and the function of the room facilities so that visitors can be more comfortable.

The standard is standard, but it's not like this either, yes you can get it at a cheap price, but the bathroom is really dirty, the water is black, the toilet doesn't come out with water, the cheaper ones are better than this, sorry, I judge according to the situation.

When I first entered the hotel, I got an upper room, but it looked horrible, so I wanted to move to a lower room by way of an upgrade.. but the receptionist said that it was full, even though there were still 4 empty rooms when I applied. Finally, I debated for a long time until I called the management and ended up being allowed to upgrade the room. The interior of the room is old-fashioned, the AC fan makes a creaking sound, the bathroom stopper likes to come off, which causes the water to run out, especially in the middle of the night, when the bathroom stopper suddenly closes, I was surprised to think there was a ghost in the bathroom, plus the back window. there was a noise too so I couldn't sleep.. in the morning I was given bread but the date was 3 days ago, I don't know whether it was the expired date or the manufacturing date, for safety's sake I didn't eat it..

All the furniture used is old and some are damaged. Cleanliness is really poor in almost all aspects (bathroom, chairs, tables, etc.). We hope that the management can resolve this.
