we booked a family room for 5 days because of the Eid holiday. Date 28/03 - 02/04. check in was fast no problem, but it turned out the AC in room 101 had a problem until the electricity went out in the room. The duty manager had gone home, waiting for a solution from 4 pm until Maghrib no response. wow.... at most just say sorry. Next time will not book again at Max One

We have to wait for almost 2 hours to get in to our family room as the reception said that they are understaffed at the moment. The telephone in the room is broken so we have to go to the front desk downstairs for require something that we need. The good thing that there is a dispenser on the floor where we stay so we can refill our drink bottle.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful. Around the hotel there are many food stalls around the hotel. The room is small, if you bring a lot of luggage it won't fit. Breakfast is delicious even though the place is a bit small.
