Friendly staff, strategic location and please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, the sheets, pillow cases and towels are yellow and dirty, please change them, then the AC is also not cold enough, the bathroom door is a little broken, then the door to the next room is noisy, a little disturbing. Please fix the hotel again so it will be better and cleaner

The staff is very friendly. Very easy access to stay with family. At the entrance of the hotel there is Indomaret, and other food vendors. Very convenient. The swimming pool is quite clean.

Worth it to stay, it's quiet even though the guests staying there are crowded. Quite clean, complete facilities & amenities. Parking is right in front of the room. Only at night there is a little visible disturbance, while sleeping there are whispers & some people use the bathroom toilet even though I'm staying alone, it's normal for that area & I don't care as long as it doesn't show in front of my face, I'm really lazy when I see the apparition 😂😂😂 The rest is great 👌

close to cimory dairyland, near minimania, near nichole castle, also close to alam sunda. right next to the hotel there is an indomaret

Strategic location, roadside. Unfortunately there is no choice of food or breakfast. Seems to be short of staff, so eating out. The swimming pool floor is mossy, needs to be drained often. Hot water is great. TV needs to be upgraded

The hotel staff are all friendly, for the lady at the front office, you can add more smiles. Alhamdulillah, the check in/out process is fast. Easy access, close to everywhere. Want to eat is also easy, just cross the street

Hotel slippers are not provided from the moment you enter the room, you have to ask for them yourself. The room floor was a bit dusty. The sofa in the bedroom is also the same.

The rooms are quite spacious. There is air conditioning. There is a refrigerator. There is warm water for bathing, but it doesn't last too long. Very good service. The bed and pillows are clean and don't smell. W.C is clean & doesn't smell. There is a swimming pool. To Indomaret and food stalls only 50 m-100 m. The receptionist is kind and friendly. I only have 1 suggestion or suggestion: the cloth covering the back door (deluxe type) should be replaced with one that is slightly wider so that other people from outside cannot see the bathroom door.

The staff were okay, I took the deluxe one directly facing the swimming pool, and the car park was right in front of it, so it was easy to get things in and out. Overall, very good according to budget and comfortable.
