The bathroom fan facility was not working, could not be repaired immediately because the technician was not in because of the holiday. Very unprofessional in his response. Guests do not want to know. Facilities must be in working condition and must be repaired immediately. It is suggested to move rooms but with different facilities. Yes, how would you want. The guest.

this is a boarding house, when you want to go to the room you have to pass the boarding house first. Where the boarders are looked after very much. parking the car in B1, we were sent to B1 by security, why not from the entrance, we were asked why we wanted to park, NO SHAMPOO SOAP, NO SANDALS.

If you go to Jakarta, always stay in Mendjangan. 1. The accommodation is good and the rooms are spacious. 2. The facilities in the room are complete, like a mini apartment. 3. All staff are also friendly and helpful. 4. Easy to find food around the accommodation. 5. Parking is spacious and free. All good 👍🏻.

Kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di gambar. Pesan kamar deluxe yang di foto ada meja kursi dan kitchen setnya ternyata ketika dikonfirmasi ke hotelnya langsung ternyata tidak ada di tipe kamar tersebut. Sangat tidak profesional dan tidak direkomendasikan 👎.

The room is comfortable, there is a refrigerator, microwave and toaster, very complete. The location is also strategic for hanging out around Kuningan. Got breakfast bread too. worth the price!

Very disappointing! If I could give a minus rating, I would give it a minus. I moved up to 4 rooms because the rooms were not decent. Dirty, smelly, hot. 1. Room 415 had not been cleaned when I entered at 14.05.2. Room 413 AC is very hot! Even hotter than outside the room. 3. I asked to cancel but was lured to move to the Delux G19 which turned out to have never been used. Dirty toilet, dirty shower, smelly room! 4. I was moved again to room G17, which was in the same condition. The exterior of the hotel is nice but the inside is really dirty! The floor looks like it's never been mopped, dust is everywhere, the elevator smells and lots of very greasy hands! For the owner, please double-check that the employees are very unprofessional and the hotel is very dirty. Not livable! I'm at a loss because I have to book another inn!
