Mercure Garut City Center

check in was a disaster. the room was only ready at 4 pm, we arrived at 2.45. maybe because it just opened, the management is still not okay. the receptionist should have checked whether the room is ready or not upstairs, poor thing it's not equipped with HT. if it's high season, you can imagine, the receptionist is running around like this. the privilege room is spacious. the soap is not refilled by the previous occupant. the hot water is very hot. only 2 towels, no face towels unlike ibis styles which are actually much cheaper. many of the menus in the restaurant are not ready. ordered juice, they said the blender was broken hehe. but this hotel is diligently inviting influencers, maybe on social media it will look fine. hehe. the plus is that it is in the mall area, so there are many places to eat. in the next month or two, this complaint might be gone. hopefully.
