AC and wifi are still not finished even though the hotel has been launched. A hotel like Mercure should have fixed what is lacking before opening.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is next to the mall. But unfortunately the breakfast menu is not complete and the taste is just ordinary.

All staff are friendly. All facilities are okay.

The staff is very very very friendly and very helpful, especially the cleaning service and security guards are very helpful👍

Things to note: 1. The bathroom door could not be closed, then it was fixed on the spot by dismantling and reinstalling it when it should have been a long trip break but what else could I do because I have a toddler, it's dangerous if the bathroom is not closed, 2. The bathroom smells of corpses, not just 1 but 3 rooms, finally bought camphor and fragrance. 3. Wifi is dead, when asked the answer was not good "it's like that, all the same sir" 🥲🥲. 4. 2 rooms have sofas in the room but no balcony chairs, 1 room does not have a main sofa but there are balcony chairs, trying to confirm again with the receptionist was asked back "show me the picture in the application that has a picture of the chair on the balcony" then I asked back, if the order is not available in the application and the picture does not appear what? The answer is "the name of the picture will not disappear ma'am" 🥲 even though the receptionist is the main face who should understand the type of room and its facilities, I was really disappointed with it seeming to underestimate like that. Finally, the wedding chair was replaced 2. 5. Drinking water using a 1L bottle that was refilled, because staying 2 nights the water in the bottle ran out, when we finished cleaning it we returned to the room the water bottle had not been refilled, outside the room there were several refill places but when we refilled it ourselves there was no water, empty 🥲 finally looking for a dispenser that had water. 6. The food is less varied and lacks taste for class * 4, the comparison is because I usually stay at * 3 in Garut which has a lot of variety and delicious food. The AC at the breakfast place is dead, those sitting inside will feel stuffy, when I complained, the central AC was turned on. 7. The room is really not soundproof, always noisy with people chatting 🥲 right and left and in the hallway. Usually hotels like that but this one tends to be very audible 🙃. What is maintained and the plus: 1. Fast check-in check-out service. 2. Welcome drink. 3. Room delivery service and responsive security. 4. Facilities close to the culinary environment that makes it easy to find food. 5. Responsiveness to problem solving
