Mercure Karawang

Fun, strategic location with mall.

Hotel staff is friendly. Facilities are okay Room cleanliness is still lacking, noise from outside can still be heard into the room.

Hopefully I will have good fortune, staying at Mercure again.

I've stayed here several times but this last experience was different from before. The hot water wasn't hot, and a cockroach passed through the electric kettle when I wanted to use it. Please pay more attention to the room maintenance.

staying at Accor group hotels is always fun, this is the first time trying Mercure Kerawang. I am happy with the comfort and tranquility in the room because it is soundproof, the AC is cold and the hot water works well. My children are happy to stay here. although there is noise from the hallway of the room because the little ones are running around but it is still understandable because it is Eid holiday so it is quite crowded. the only thing that is unfortunate is the refrigerator in my room which is not cold. the others are already very good. I will definitely stay here again

In room 1525, the bidet doesn't work well. The hairdryer sounds like a lawn mower. Need to improve the cleanliness of the toilet.

Very easy road access and very close to the city center and malls. Spacious parking, either in front or in the basement. The staff is very friendly and informative, cleanliness is very well maintained and especially the distinctive aroma of the hotel. The elevators function well and there are 3, so you don't have to queue for so long. The swimming pool is very fresh and clear and doesn't smell that bad. The area around the pool is very clean and there are clean towels and lots of seating. Breakfast starts from 6 to 10, there are many menu choices and the place is quite spacious. Drinking water is not limited, the water heater also works well, the shower works and the toilet is super clean. Wifi is good compared to other hotels but the signal often cuts off suddenly, so it is very annoying when playing games. Spacious room and spacious bed if you are a couple or bring 2 small children, if you want to be comfortable it is recommended to use an extra bed. The coolbar/refrigerator doesn't work, the vault doesn't work either. Too bad the view is not on the main road and I didn't get any information about it. Overall very impressive.

The lobby is not bright enough... the carpet in the corridor area is dirty... as if it wasn't vacuumed. There's a lot of dust on the water dispenser... as if it wasn't wiped.

I am happy, the room is not too big but suitable. Having coffee, smoking and watching TV is in a separate room that is not connected to the bedroom. The lighting is also right. The service is friendly and fast.

im in R1210 the electronic door was out of battery and I can't access then I went to front desk asked for help and responded immediately so QUICK and FIXED.
