The staff is friendly, for solo travelers it is very suitable especially for those looking for a cheap budget. Hotel facilities consist of towels, soap, sachet shampoo, small mineral water. However, a mini bar is provided at an affordable price. However, for access to the room, only stairs are provided. The room is very clean and comfortable, not soundproof, and when a heavy car passes by, the vibrations are felt up to the room (industrial area, and 5th floor rooms). When it rains heavily, there is a little seepage in the window.

The hotel staff is friendly, patient and solution-oriented. The bathroom, bed, table, floor are all clean, the AC is cold, the hot water is okay, bathing needs and other accessories are provided in the room. Across the hotel there is a Madura stall and Padang rice, next to the hotel there is Indomaret + BCA ATM, if at night in front of the hotel there are lalapan, tahu tek nasgor. Totally worth it! Maintain and improve.

Good place, nice hospitality, friendly staff, little space but very comfy for rest your body after strolling around surabaya. But there 's a little bit warning for the staff such as the air conditioner not clean and toilet door.

This hotel is a hotel for backpackers, because the price is quite affordable. With a fairly affordable price, the facilities you get are not many. I only got 1 shampoo, 1 soap and 1 mineral water for 1 night's stay. Initially the room was quite smelly and stuffy, maybe because it had been empty for a while, but after 1 hour when I turned on the AC and bathroom blower the smell disappeared. The room is quite narrow, there is a table and TV, the mattress and bed sheets are quite clean, and don't make it itchy. Hot and cold water flows smoothly from the shower, closet and flusher safely. There are many choices of food and drinks for a fee at the room table, so don't worry about being hungry. The location is quite strategic and there is lots of food around the hotel. Also prepare a deposit of 100 thousand when staying.

Pros: The room is quite comfortable, the service is okay, the place is clean, the room is quite spacious, the AC is cold, the lighting is good. Disadvantages: there is no elevator, toiletries are only provided with bar soap and sachets of shampoo, you still have to buy your own tissue, there is no hairdryer, the wifi is slow and often has packet loss, the TV is not a smart TV, only regular TV channels can't open Netflix.

Very disappointing, the first time I stayed here I felt cheated, I was charged 50 thousand cash just for playing in a friend's room, even though I didn't stay overnight, I happened to order for my friend who came from Jakarta, it was very natural to visit but when I checked out I even got cash on the grounds of capacity the room is only 1 person but entered by 2 people, if you are not allowed to visit you have to explain when you check in because I checked in with my friend. Yes, this is a trick to get flat. Very disappointing.

The room is clean, comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water is working, it's just going up by the stairs, I got to the 5th floor and I was confused because there weren't any rooms, parking wasn't safe because no one was guarding it. The rest is okay.
