Much needs to be fixed. 2 bedrooms upstairs, the pillows are very old, deflated and hard. Warm water does not turn on in the bathroom above or below, it seems that it is broken. The lights are a bit dim. The point is the old building, needs a lot to be repaired.

The villa is spacious and comfortable, but the hot water sometimes works sometimes it doesn't. In conclusion the place is fun. Plan to rent again next time.

For the price of 900 thousand, this villa is quite worth it, especially since access to everywhere is quite close. Just please fix the damaged facilities. thank you

It's true what people who have stayed here before say. The villa guard named Deden is rude and asks for money, at first he wanted to give a tip so he was lazy and unwilling. The gallon water is completely empty, and the dispenser is grossly dirty. Cooking utensils like a hollow pan. Hot water is only the one in the downstairs bathroom that is on, it is only warm, not much. Kapok. If the villa owner and guards don't clean up, it's dangerous.

The state of actually did not appropriate as in the photo. And the services of keeper the villa not very friendly. Maybe better update photos or renovate the villa. And 1 more, I get mineral water in dispenser not until a quarter of a gallon.

Empty gallon, buy your own water in the morning runs out, again showering with dead water foaming shampoo. The AC turned off, turned on the AC in the main room and immediately crashed the electricity.
