The hotel is cozy and cheap. The place is also clean. It's not suitable for families, because the room size is actually small. It's close to everywhere.

Overall okay, friendly & fast service, only the room leaks at the corner of the bed when it rains heavily, wifi sometimes breaks down. 🙏

The staff is gentle, not overly fussy. Also kind. From a standard room extended to a deluxe room, we were allowed to move straight away in the morning, because it happened that we were leaving at 8-2 pm, so the items from the standard room could be directly transferred to the deluxe room. After checking out, we were still allowed to leave our items, rather than walking around carrying a lot of stuff hehe. All the facilities function well, smell good. But indeed the floor of the standard room has a few dirty spots but for me it doesn't matter haha. I understand what people mean by stains on the bedsheet. There are indeed, especially the standard one. The deluxe one is almost invisible because it's only a little on the edge. But I'm sure it's been washed clean because it smells good. It's just that the stains are stubborn maybe. Complete toiletries. If you book a standard room, you have to accept some shortcomings such as the TV remote control being rubberized and the bathroom mirror being taped. But everything works. If you are a fussy customer, it's better to book a deluxe or superior, everything is safe. But I love the indoor fake plants in all the rooms, creating a fresh illusion in the room. If anything happens in Surabaya, just book here, the deluxe room is worth it

Minimal handuk diganti n ditambah boss, warnanya udah coklat, tamu 2 handuk 1.

Tempat nya bagus si terus deket sama Indomaret. Satu lagi ac nya dingin banget.

Hotel location near ind*March. In front of the hotel there are many vendors selling food. (safe stomach) Room size is not spacious enough. Room facilities are okay. (mattress, study table, cupboard, bathroom, TV, AC, free 600ml mineral water 2 bottles) Room cleanliness 7.8/10 (The cupboard had a lot of dust, I got a chair whose back was broken and almost fell, the trash can was dirty and there was no plastic bag , clean bathroom, hot water on). Friendly service.

Be careful if you want to stay here, today is the 3rd day I sleep here because I have a need in Surabaya and I often stay here, when I woke up this morning there was a fairly large centipede in my bed. So I asked to move upstairs, when I moved upstairs I was told to compensate for the stains on the mattress in my old room. When I looked at the new room, it turned out that there were also the same stains on the mattress in the new room, and the stains were exactly the same as the stains in my previous room, only the size was bigger in the old room. But the staff said that he had checked before I entered and there were no stains in my old room. Even though I wasn't told about these stains so I didn't know and didn't check before going in if the mattress had stains or not, because the stains were on the underside of the blanket which I'm sure people wouldn't even check the whole bed for stains or No. Remembering that hotel room sheets always have stains! I've been staying here frequently since 2019 and this is the first time I've been told to pay for a stain I didn't make! Very strange, there are 2 rooms with the exact same stain model! But it's okay, I've paid the staff 100 thousand. And I immediately checked out even though there was still 1 day left because I was afraid that there would be stains or problems in the room which was already problematic, instead I would be the one told to pay again hahaha, the staff said he had already checked before I checked in, even though he couldn't even do that. prove that there are no stains before I enter, considering that there are no photos or notes about the cleanliness of the room. So today I have a double loss 1. There was a centipede on my bed, my husband tried looking for it but couldn't find it because it had gone under the mattress 2. I was told to compensate for a stain that I didn't make so instead I was compensated because there was a dangerous animal in bed, instead I'm out of money! So, be careful before entering, it's better to check and take photos of the condition of the room, especially the mattress, or it's better to just skip looking for another hotel. Here the price is almost 200 thousand, if you go to a 3 star the room price is 300 thousand but the same breakfast and room, towels and bed sheets are guaranteed to be clean! Here the rooms are also dirty, the floor of the room is dirty, the bathroom has lots of centipedes, the towels and mats are the same scary color! I deliberately gave it 5 stars so that my review would appear, even though it's okay 😏

When I entered, the receptionist was okay, but when I entered the room, I got a room where it was noisy, people working couldn't rest, then I was surprised to get a perforated towel, sorry, what kind of towel, how come it's a ragged mat, it's still being given to guests, the sheets are dirty too.
