the staff is not the usual sir, seems inexperienced. the gate is always closed. if the previous staff was very friendly, check in no more than 5 minutes. in the morning the gate was opened at 6 o'clock and then closed at 11 o'clock at night. there was hair on the pillow as if it had not been changed. I have stayed here several times, and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness and staff of the hotel. but this time it was disappointing. fortunately this time I only stayed one night, usually 2-3 days. hopefully the new staff will learn better.

Kemarin yang sedikit kaget, ternyata batas maksimal masuk hotel jam 11 malam, kalo lebih dari jam itu kena denda 10rb/jam. Jadi ngeri juga 175 +40 rb, tidak ada welcom drink, tdak ada handuk, pastigigi dan lain-lain, cuma ada sabun yang tertmpel ditmbok. Tp alhamdulillahnya air hangat berfungsi,

The rooms are clean and tidy, even better, the living room outside the front can be wiped down with a cloth every day. Because the dust may be outside and the floor can be mopped inside and out every day. That would be more convenient and dare to recommend.

The receptionist is not always in place so if you want to check out you have to be at 6 o'clock, it might be better if the receptionist is there at all hours so that guests who want to check out and leave the hotel at night can continue with the activities they want. Besides that, the facilities and place are comfortable, great.

Sepreinya acak-acak kusut. Banyak rambut perempuan kececeran di seprei. Tidak ada handuk sabun tanggal 24 saya ikut nginap disitu mengecewakan tolong ditingkatkan. 🙏😭.
