Myze Hotel Sumenep

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a 50” Android TV, which was a great touch. However, the bathroom could use some improvement, as water tended to pool in certain areas after use. One of the highlights is that it’s probably the first hotel in Sumenep with a swimming pool facility. Unfortunately, the kids’ pool was a bit dirty and could be better maintained. The breakfast selection could also be improved. It mainly consisted of Indonesian dishes, which might not cater to everyone’s taste, though having Indomie as an option was a nice and helpful addition. One downside was the parking situation. The car park is quite far from the lobby, so adding valet service or creating easier access would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Highly recommended. I regularly travel to Sumenep. And so far it has been difficult to find accommodation that is as I expected. With the presence of Myze, I can be calm every time I travel to Sumenep. The food is delicious and clean. The condition of the room is also clean and as I expected.

New hotel. Strategic location. Friendly staff always greet every guest passing by. Complete facilities. But the only minus is that the room phone doesn't work and the welcome drink seems to be just a display. Overall, the tiredness of thousands of kilometers is paid off by staying here. If I go to Sumenep, I will stay here again

new hotel in Sumenep, I got room 101. when I first entered, the floor and carpet were still a bit dirty, fortunately the room service staff immediately cleaned the floor after I told them about this... then in the bathroom, especially in the shower room, there were no lights, so the only lighting was from the lamp above the bathroom sink.. there was only a little toilet paper left, not replaced with a new one... with the price I paid, it was a bit less worth it with what the hotel provided.. hopefully it can be better in the future..

The staff is super friendly 🤩 Comfortable, clean, fragrant place.. The food is delicious, the important thing is there is a menu for kids like sausages, eggs, and instant noodles. Next time I go home, God willing, I'll come here again ✨
