the hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the cleanliness is okay even though the building is a bit old, the location is very strategic. the swimming pool is not suitable for children because it is deep. the breakfast menu is standard but delicious.

The bedsheets have lots of stains, the chairs too, the curtains too, the toilet is quite old because there are lots of dirty marks, so it adds to the mystical impression, it needs a little improvement so that visitors are more comfortable.

It's very unfortunate, the hotel's location is strategic but the hotel's cleanliness is very lacking, besides the room there are cockroaches, dusty floors, trash cans, and the room paint is dull, the information on traveloka says that you can pay at the hotel with a credit card or paylater, but when checking this, you can only pay in cash or transfer via an employee's account number sorry, it must be conveyed for evaluation and improvement 🙏

The hotel location is easy to find because it is on the side of the road, the check-in process is easy, you get a room with an open window that cannot be closed properly because there are no hangers, the room is not very soundproof, the sound of vehicles can be heard clearly, especially because the window cannot be closed properly, the AC is not cold and the sound is very noisy, it is very uncomfortable to sleep, maybe because it is an old building, so the bathroom is also crusty
