Nice and comfortable place, also close to Nagoya food court

the room smells badly of cigarettes (even though it was requested to be a smoke-free room), even though it's a deluxe room (it feels like a standard room), it's really noisy, there's no soundproofing whatsoever, whoever passes by, whoever knocks on the room and screams through the room, the floor of the room is really slippery when your feet are wet, as a result you can't sleep well. I'll never stay here again. Clean the AC, what comes out is not cold air but the smell of cigarette smoke. It feels like being fogged with smoke so I only turn on the blower all night, when I leave the hotel I immediately have a sore throat and a really sore nose (really bad)

Lots of cockroaches, the water has to wait a long time to get hot and the water is small

This is a repeated stay and it's still as awesome with friendly staff (they help me to get low floor room due to my weak leg, am very thankful), clean room, hot water, good aircon and etc. Will stay there again definitely. Thank you Namii.

A place in the middle of the city and full of places to eat makes it really easy.

Great. Cleanliness is good. The room didn't smell either. But, honey. The parking period at the hotel is paid. If you go back and forth to the hotel 10 times, you pay 10 times.

Standard room is on 4th floor without elevator. The room doesn't have hot water, call the front desk to ask about the hot water, they only answer let the hot water flow for 15 minutes, but even after 15 minutes, there is no hot water. Sound proofing is bad, can heard the room service talking on the hallway. The good thing is the room is clean.

The staff were friendly, nice hotel, nice room. Felt like I got more than the price which was very affordable. But they didn't clean up my room in the second day. Television connection was unstable. The WIFI didn't want to connect to my iphone but connected very well on android

The hotel is actually good, the rooms are also comfortable, especially in front of the hotel many people sell food, only one lack. Two weeks I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks also the bathroom smelled of urine and didn't disappear until I checked-out.

The first time I entered the hotel room oh my god the smell of the bathroom smells of urine and smells like jengkol. Two weeks I stayed at this hotel, 2 weeks the smell of the bathroom was still there and it couldn't disappear, even though it had been cleaned by the staff. But for the rooms and hotel services are very satisfied. The staff is friendly.
