The hotel is nice, the location is very strategic, close to the main road but quiet not noisy, the premium room is very spacey with a comfortable layout, the breakfast menu hopefully can be more varied, in front of the hotel there are many snacks because it is very close to the Boromeus hospital, the hospitality of the employees is very good, next time will return to stay at this hotel. Success Namin Hotel, hopefully the service can be maintained and improved.

Book a good type room, spacious room, clean, clean bathroom, very complete equipment, there are prayer mats and mukena, very rarely in other hotels where prayer mats and prayer mats are provided in the room, the food is also delicious. Spacious room with a comfortable sofa and multiple chairs, making it easy to relax or get some work done. The location is very strategic, only minutes away from Dago, so it’s convenient to reach cafés, shops, and main roads. The overall ambiance feels clean and pleasant, and the facilities are sufficient. For the price offered, it’s definitely great value for money and a solid option for any type of stay.

The facilities are okay. The front office service is less than attentive. I arrived at the hotel around 2:48 PM to check in, but there was an issue with booking through Traveloka; their system hadn't yet added the voucher. There was no action taken to verify the booking with Traveloka, nor did they suggest waiting. Since I was bringing a fussy toddler, I couldn't wait, so I called Traveloka myself and they helped me. Traveloka CS was very helpful 💕

The food was delicious and quite varied for a small hotel. The rooms were pleasantly ambiance-filled, with only minor room-sound issues, as conversations from outside and from the adjacent rooms (in connecting rooms) were clearly audible.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the parking is quite good, just a little input, in front of the hotel there is a big tree that is dead, shouldn't it be cut down, it's dangerous, and one more input, maybe the restaurant could add chili sauce to the menu.

The hotel's location was awesome, near caffes and restaurants. It was only a walking distance from Starbucks Dipatiukur. You can grab a quick breakfast as well since a few food stalls open their store in front of the hotel, or maybe order a room service, considering the hotel's restaurant provide an array of menus with decent price. An added bonus knowing that the room was surprisingly clean and spacious. Additionally, their 2nd floor breakfast spot was surrounded by glass windows and beautifully facing the sun, so you can see cars moving around while sipping a nice cup of tea. However, I was quite disappointed cause I had to experience a cold shower in the middle of a night after a long hours of office meeting (thank God I didn't catch the flu) and in the morning, cause the hot shower was only available for the first 5 minutes after the faucet was turned on.

Strategic location, good food, friendly staff, but the room facilities are lacking, such as a leaking/flooded sink. I complained but it wasn't addressed until check out (extended stay to 5 days 4 nights). But overall, it's good.
