Nat Nat Homestay

Comfortable and close to the city center, easy access. The facilities provided are good and suitable for those who want to bring a family group.

for me and my family who usually travel between cities with our own equipment, nat-nat homestay is considered luxurious as a place to rest; our beds are comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, there is hot water for taking a bath at night and relaxing in the bathtub after going around Malang all day, breakfast is also provided. the price is also reasonable if we compare the service and amenities of nat-nat homestay with hotels that provide similar room conditions. overall my family and I had a satisfying stay at nat-nat homestay. here are some notes about what to bring for those who want to stay here (not a criticism of the homestay because what is paid for is what you get): first imagine what items you will need if you rent a luxury boarding house for a few days. the thing that needs to be fixed the most is the TV. indeed we also did not ask for help from the homestay because we immediately improvised by connecting the TV to a laptop via the HDMI that was already installed on the TV so that we could watch, and this improvisation was because the digital TV did not appear and only sound. but the TV works, it's just not connected to the antenna and the built-in digital TV. It might be a problem for other guests who don't bring a laptop or don't even understand how to connect a TV via HDMI even though they bring a laptop.

the place is comfortable, strategic, you can go anywhere nearby, just walk, it's just that the parking lot is very limited when it's full, if it's more than 1 day and the room is left, the room is ordered to be cleaned, because our room wasn't cleaned because we didn't order it to be cleaned but overall it's good, we occupied the family room during the Eid holiday

The best thing about staying here is that it's close to CFD and if you want to eat, there are many choices. The rest of this homestay is still not satisfactory for the price, which is quite expensive for a homestay of this class ☹️

The staff is very friendly and helpful with umbrellas when it rains. Unfortunately, there is a lack of housekeeping staff, so the room is dirty, especially the bathroom. The soap smells stale, not fragrant. The sheets and pillowcases are no longer suitable for use because they are already brownish yellow. This criticism is not to bring down, but for future improvements.

Very strategic location, close with car free day location on sunday morning. For the room the furniture were quite old fashioned and need to renewal. In overall nat nat mantap.

Incidentally there was an event at MAN 2 Malang, very close to the location of the inn. The room facilities are quite good and clean but there is a drawback, the AC drips right under the entrance to the room, the bathroom is quite clean but bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and there are also bathroom tiles that seem to be shaking when stepped on. The parking location can accommodate 5-7 cars but there is no top cover, but it is quite shady so it is safe for parking cars. Overall recommended.

The location is very good,and the food is tasty,the room also spacious but there are a bad experience such as the tile are broken and very dangerous and can damage your foot, and the wifi connection is very poor because at my room there is no wifi signal I tried to protect the floor with paper and tape to prevent any bad condition!

Homestay feels like a hotel with a comfortable atmosphere, only the breakfast is not very varied with a price equivalent to a 3 star hotel. In the room there are only tea bags, no coffee / very minimal, overall ok

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly. The facilities are more or less in accordance with its stars. But it is very comfortable for a hotel at that price. We rescheduled several times and the staff were very patient and helpful in helping the process. At night, the staff was also very responsive to our requests to clean the room. The room was a bit damp, maybe because Malang is cold at night, but it was still very safe. There were no strange smells or creepy atmospheres. Breakfast was soto, couldn't choose because there was only one menu. The taste was so so. But it was enough to fill the stomach.

Very satisfying stay at Nat Nat homestay. Spacious room as we ordered, got breakfast that tasted pretty good too. The location is also close to everywhere. If you bring a lot of family members and want to gather in one room, I recommend this. Overall good!

This is a 3-star homestay that is out of the ordinary: the location is quite close to the city center/education/culinary, the room and bathroom are quite spacious, but. There is no toothbrush, sandals -maybe savings-, This is just a suggestion: limited TV channels -the antenna is facing the wrong direction-, the TV remote cannot be turned on/off -check the battery-, the floor is not clean -the difference in check out & check in time can be maximized to prepare for cleanliness-, the bathroom door is tight when opening/closing, and you need to learn how to remove and install the room key -call an expert repairman-. It would be good if the check-in process was short & concise, the crew paid attention to items left behind before checking out.
