Had a lovely stay during the long weekend. My son enjoyed the kids' activities except the fire fighter session since we had to leave earlier to attend another event nearby. The room is spacious, the staff are friendly while the food tastes are quite so-so during breakfast. This hotel is recommended for those who want to avoid traffic at Puncak during the weekend.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel layout is cool, so when we entered the hotel we were immediately greeted by a swimming pool and a cool view. Then here it is also complete and very kids friendly because there are many children's activities such as fire extinguisher trials, painting, watching together, tents, and reptile tours. worth every penny.

The hotel that I used to hope to stay, previously called Horison, now it has changed its name. The room is very comfortable including the AC and TV, all good and functioning well. The bathroom is very clean and the hot water also works well. The only drawback is that the outdoor AC is on the balcony so the water from the outdoor AC goes straight down and wets the balcony. The gym is on the 19th floor which is very quiet because there are no guest rooms. Overall everything is very good and my child is very happy with the swimming pool, a pleasant stay experience. Maybe next time I will stay again

Overall it's ok, for access it's very easy and there are quite a lot of snack places around the hotel, maybe a little suggestion is during breakfast please pay more attention to the availability of food because maybe yesterday during the peak season after Eid the guests were full but the staff was a bit lacking so when there was a food menu that ran out it took a long time to be refilled so we waited a while, hopefully in the future it will be improved even more

The AC leaked, there was no tissue, there was no lotion, the staff were not very friendly, both the FO and the restaurant were not very friendly, they wanted to ask questions but they ran away. Comfortable room, comfortable room, some of the staff were also friendly, the food was quite good, the breakfast staff were not very friendly, maybe because they were busy, but it should be fixed

had a very fun experience here. input for more varied food and check which ones are stale or moldy, because yesterday the fried rice was a bit less fresh, the bread was moldy, and the pasta was also not tasty. but other food is fine. hospitality, location, room, facilities, etc. are all good, overall satisfied and will come back again.

the time here is right in the high season because during the Eid holiday you can get a pretty good discount price of 600 including breakfast children's breakfast costs 60 thousand when I arrived at the registration, the queue was quite long because it was full at 13 o'clock straight to coloring at 14 o'clock animal birds at 16 o'clock swimming at 19 o'clock movie night at 8 o'clock outbound at 9 o'clock firetruck all activities are free if you want to rent clothes 50 thousand animal feeding 30 thousand

Thank God, I stayed here for 2 days. The kids were very happy. The room was clean, everything was clean, the air conditioning was cold. The staff were all friendly. The food was varied and all delicious. I highly recommend bringing the kids here. There are also children's activities on weekends. Thank you, room 615 and Nemuruu. Maintain the quality ❤️
