The staffs were friendly and helpful, but they are often off-duty. The facilities were not good, especially the bathroom.

hotel near sanur beach, 500 meters away
small hotel, only 10 rooms
only 1 employee in each shift, poor thing.
delicious but very simple breakfast, fried rice, watermelon juice and cut fruit (still hungry)
swimming pool is ok, it just needs to be drained and cleaned regularly, only given chlorine, lots of dead leaves and caterpillars on the floor
didn't get drinking water on day2 or day3.
room is cleaned if we request.
towels and amenities are not replaced every day.
overpriced at 800k idr/night for bungalow suite (including tax+fee), maybe because hotels in sanur are expensive, compared to Kuta.
the concept is 2 floors, on the 1st floor there is a TV, sofa and kitchen set, on the 2nd floor there is only a bed.
unique because it has 2 floors, but that's all it turns out
downstairs there is no AC, use a fan.
so far OK, but if asked to repeat order, nay.

The service is good but needs to be improved. Disappointed on the last day the room was not cleaned, only entered the room bringing towels and water. In fact, the spray was messy and needed to be replaced because it had not been replaced for 2 days. When the night came, entered the room and asked to be tidied up, the reason was that the room cleaning team had gone home so it could not be cleaned. The bathroom also smelled a bit, had to be given a fragrance and carbolic acid so it didn't smell. The breakfast menu too, in the morning "it's already spicy food". Not suitable for breakfast

Really highly recommended, the place is very quiet, aesthetic too, and the staff are very kind and friendly, coincidentally I was having trouble at that time and they were willing to help until it was resolved. Anyway, thank you Neo Bintang team, next time I go to Bali again I will stay here again ☺️

The rooms are clean and comfortable plus spacious! Bli is good and complete food with fruit too. The only minus is that there is no car park, but as long as you use a motorbike it's safe!

Hotelnya bagus, cuman uda order “bungalow suite” malah di kasihnya “suite room” dan saya pesennya itu uda dari siang baru check in jam 6pm wita bisa-bisanya dibilangnya keduluan tamu yang dulu datang? Gimana ceritanya bisa begitu? Manajemennya berantakan ga profesional sama sekali, bahkan pegawainya cuman 1 loh. Ya receptionis, ob dan yang bikin sarapan gilaa itu menurutku parah sekali kasihan banget loh pegawainya. Saya g terima dong minta potongan harga setelah di pindah karena merasa dirugikan saya pesan karena pengen experiencenya sesuai yang saya pesan, terus nih yaa saran aja kl kesitu better jangan bawa mobil karena memang tidak ada parkirnya. Untuk sarapan okelah, by req di antar ke kamar. Saran sih ya, manajemennya better di tata lagi karena sayang banget hotelnya uda bagus tapi tidak tertata, bahkan kebersihan kolamnya kurang banget mungkin karena pegawainya 1 kali yaa? Tolong di tambah lagi deh🙂. Bahkan masa dong handuk cuman 1, kl saya ga komplain mungkin masih 1 kaliknya. Akhirnya di tambah lagi karena nunggu komplain 🥲

Tidak sesuai ekspektasi, iklan dan kenyataan perbedaannya terlalu jauh, pelayanan kurang memuaskan, fasilitas kurang memadahi, kurang karyawan karena saat saya menginap hanya ada 1 orang saja merangkap banyak pekerjaan. Sangat tidak recommended.
