moldy room walls, humid air, rusty bathtub. this room is really not worth selling. we asked for a room change, and the staff there said all were full. all the rooms there are like that according to the guard staff there. finally we left the hotel because there was no solution and they didn't want a refund.

My intention was to get a good night's sleep before going to the harbor the next morning, but instead I couldn't sleep all night because there were so many mosquitoes. When I reported to the front, I was told to buy my own soffel. Even then, it doesn't work. The hotel should have prepared mosquito spray or an electric one.

awesome old school hotel. close to Atom market, also close to the legendary Maduran rice cookery, bu Atun. It's not far to Surabaya's old city, and it's also not far to Kembang Jepun's Chinatown.

Vibes hotel kayak udh lama banget dan agak creepy menurut aku. Lokasi terbantu karena adanya pasar atom. Trus klo malam itu beneran sepi bngt. Service dan pelayanan nya bagus. Sehat selalu buat bapak2 yg udh bantuin kami foto2 wkt di lobby. Beliau patut di apresiasi karena keramahannya. Thanks New Grand, hope to see you again ❤.
