No toiletries: my husband who spent 2 nights at the hotel had to asked front desk to provide them. When he got it was incomplete. No room service. Shower did not running well (not enough water) and the bathroom was stinky. Plain water must be asked too.

The service was not satisfactory, the bathroom smelled musty so I couldn't sleep all night, the AC didn't work either. There is no toothpaste and toothbrush. The floor is rotten, the TV broadcast is gone
