Nimo Tea Resort

For those looking for glamping with a good view, this could be an option.. the air is very fresh and very cold at night.. the downside is if you stay near the tea plantation, there are always flies.. but it's okay, you can close it so the flies don't come in.. you get free entry to the glass bridge too for sunrise hunting.. as for the breakfast menu, the food is lacking because if you leave it for a bit, the air will immediately get really cold.. the bathroom is clean, there is also warm water..

I stayed at Azalea (flying camp). The view was very beautiful. The condition of the tents was also quite okay, but it turned out that the bathrooms were outside. The bathrooms were very inadequate. There were only 4 for 9 tents. Even then, there was 1 bathroom that was broken. The condition of the bathrooms was also basic - tending to be dirty. No soap and shampoo were provided. Hot water was on and off. There was also a broken toilet. Quite disappointing for the price of a flying camp of 1 million/night.

glamping in AZALEA tent .... really disappointed ... in the tent there is no umbrella, water tap, emergency bell, ..... especially the shared toilet which only has 3 rooms .... clearly queuing for 8 tents ± 30 people .... and separated from the tent 5-20m must walk outside with minimal lighting ... I'm on Eid holiday this year 25 .. at 4 am there is no water at all in the toilet ... the drain is empty .. no officers are on duty at the location ... plus .. the fly season is unknown, there are so many clearly disrupting activities outside and inside .. for breakfast we were forced to eat cold fried rice ... because it is far from restaurants and villages ....

good and comfortable enough for non-mendang people, the location and facilities still need a lot of improvement and more conceptual. Overall, for me-time, or our-time, it is sufficient.

Quite satisfied staying at Nimo Tea Resort in the Arjuna type. It's just that access to the location still needs to be improved. Breakfast is only fried rice + eggs and nuggets plus snacks. In my opinion, it doesn't match the price. Food courts are not too many and only open until 5 pm. Get facilities to the skybridge according to the capacity of the stay (6 people) by being taken by car back and forth to the top. For the upper area rooms are a bit warm, not as cold as the lower rooms so it is suitable if you bring a baby like me. The water heater works well.. There is a mini fridge and dispenser with a water heater. The view is a champion ... especially in the morning seeing the sunrise from the skybridge. Overall great..

FO is very uncooperative. No response at all in WA chat. This is the first time I have found a FO staff who is very slow and doesn't care about customer complaints even though I was the only guest staying at this resort that day. Unless it's crowded, it's natural for them to be slow and slow to respond. No comment on the many flies because the information is that they come from tea plantation manure, it's okay. The worst thing is that the hot water doesn't work properly. Every time I want to take a shower, I have to call a technician to fix it for a long time before the hot water turns on. But every time. When the hot water tap is turned off, it just turns off again. It's very constrained and disappointing. The air is very cold but the hot water doesn't turn on until my child takes a cold shower because the hot water turns off again in the middle of the shower. The resort facilities are not cheap. I took the lavaza type and paid 3 million for the room rate but the facilities we got were very disappointing. Not to mention the 3 million room gets breakfast of fried rice, fried egg, mini chicken wing 1 piece, a few French fries and crackers and MILK in a thermos. When I arrived, I was already clutching my chest. It feels like a loss like this... the good thing is at least there is the view and the air there is really great. And the security guard is really good, willing to be bothered back and forth when there is a room problem. The resort management should just swap the FO staff with the security guard near the villa. Much friendlier and more responsive. The FO staff, especially the male ones, are not friendly and don't smile. The female FO staff are still okay when asked, they answer and smile... that's all, the rest is disappointing.
