I'm from Jogja, the first time I went to Semarang, staying at this hotel is comfortable, I can rest peacefully, access to the room is also using a lift. The WiFi is very smooth, there is hot water in the bathroom too, very satisfying 👍🏻.

Thank you in advance for staying at Nori Mas Hotel, but I apologize in advance, regarding the hot AC problem after we confirmed it to the housekeeping, they said that the AC problem was normal and there was no problem or heat, maybe you were wrong in setting the temperature/fan on the AC remote, maybe next time if you can't or are confused in using the AC remote, you can just ask our staff so they can explain it, then regarding the bed cover/blanket, it must be available in all rooms, sir, there's no way we dare to sell a room without a blanket, regarding the check-in process which took a while, it wasn't because of us but the problem was from your side who booked the wrong date, then when we confirmed about you booking the wrong date, you answered, "wait a minute, I'll open my cellphone first, after that it turned out that your cellphone was dead, then you charged your cellphone first and then responded to our confirmation regarding the problem of you booking the wrong date, so we think the cause of the delay in the check-in process so that it took time was from your side, that's all, thank you for staying at Nori Mas Hotel.
