The service from the man was very friendly. The broken TV was immediately replaced with a very cold AC, the bathroom was clean and the floor was super dry, awesome!

I stayed in a family room for 4 people, but I only got 2 towels, I asked for extra but it wasn't given, because they said it was standard. # cleanliness, the floor under it is really dirty, cleaning doesn't reach under the bed. (I forgot to take a photo) the fan is really dirty, the blanket is no longer suitable for use. Please pay more attention to cleanliness because that is the main factor. # noted: the rooms are perfumed so the air doesn't smell. Thank You.

Everything smells (pillow case, bed sheet, blanket) there is no hot water, the AC is not very cold, the AC remote cannot be used, the TV remote cannot be used.

The receptionist staff is friendly. The hotel is close to a minimarket/ATM (right next door). The room atmosphere is quite comfortable, only the TV channel is problematic, the pillowcase is dirty + smelly (as if it was not washed) so I had to spray a lot of perfume. Overall, with the price of the room, it is worth it to stay here.

It's worse if the lights go out and there's no generator, it's really hot. The bathroom is really narrow 🙊👃💩😰. If you go to Jogja, you'll give up on staying here, there are items left behind by the hotel on the phone and you won't pick them up.

The mattress feels like sleeping on gravel. Dirty pillowcases. The bathroom is like a public toilet. Ants everywhere. All night until 12 o'clock it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. Highly not recommended. Lots of dust and the AC doesn't work. Super duper very very uncomfortable.

Astaghfirullah, kamarnya sangat bau apek, AC menyala tanpa ada hawa dingin yang keluar, kipas angin sangat kotor, kamar mandi juga kotor, di setiap sudut kamar ada tahi cicak yang menggerombol, dan handuk brudul. Satu-satunya yang menjadi poin plus dari tempat ini adalah bapak penjaganya yang sangat baik dan sopan, bahkan beliau meminta maaf atas ketidaknyamanan kami sekeluarga yang akhirnya memutuskan untuk pindah ke hotel lain.
