At the beginning of check-in, you must prepare the original ID card of the husband and wife or marriage certificate. The original ID card is also kept during the stay. Adequate parking. Friendly staff. The room is quite clean, only the pillow is not high enough. The water is very smooth and the hot water is great. Get 2 towels and 2 sets of soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap. There is a sink, only the outlet pipe goes directly to the bathroom floor because the floor is slippery. The AC is quite cold and there is a Flat TV. TV channels and pictures are very good. Minus the bathroom that can't be locked, and the room is an old-fashioned model, but OK, very comfortable for transit. Next time I can stay again.

The hotel staff were nice, but some were still a bit confused when I asked, like the first time I wanted to check in using the Etiquette app, the staff seemed confused and confused. I don't know, maybe the staff is new or what, but fortunately the check-in process went smoothly. The staff are friendly and kind, I asked to borrow a spoon and a fork was given. The room was very clean, the bathroom was also very clean, the cleanliness was really good in my opinion even though I only rented an economy room. In front of the hotel there is also a cafe where the food and beverages are pretty good. Sometimes the air conditioner is really cold, sometimes it's not, but it's not a problem because the area is also cold. Only the wifi is really slow, and there are no telephone facilities in the room to make it easier to call the receptionist. There is also no water heater in the economy room. The picture on the TV seems to disappear.

The room reserved is an economy type room which does not have a water heater, water heaters are available in the standard and family room types. We have replaced the lights, while the TV, because it is digital, has several channels that need to be reset. When we ordered we chose twin beds, namely 2 separate beds, in reality it was 1 bed and 1 mattress. The AC is dead, it needs to be serviced first before it can turn on. Coincidentally, when it rains, rainwater comes in from the window, which is handled by placing a cloth mat on the floor and on the frame. Trash on balcony and corridor tables was not picked up/not cleaned. I stayed in room 211, stay period, check in December 13, check out December 14 2023.
