The hotel is nice and comfortable for resting and vacationing with family because the hotel's location is in the middle of Bandung city, the swimming pool is also nice, it's just a shame it's not too big, suggestions for hotel management, chairs and tables in the swimming pool should be added and provided with chairs and tables with umbrellas so that guests don't have to bother when it rains. The fitness center is nice because guests can freely work out just by bringing their room key card The point is, this hotel will be one of the hotels of choice for our vacation with family/couples in Bandung 👍🙏

Champion in every way. Very clean. Strategic location close to everywhere. Never moved to another heart to try another hotel when going to Bandung. Always Novotel is the choice. The best 👍🏻👍🏻

The room is spacious, clean, the corridor is fragrant, the staff are very friendly, the check in and check out process is fast, the wifi is fast, only my wife said the AC is not cold enough. But overall is good. Next vacation Insha Allah will come here to try the food. Thank you Novotel Bandung 🙏🙏

First day was disappointed with the lack of staff service for the live cooking section. And in the second day, excellent work and recovery for the kitchen and restaurant staff! This is how you should do in the future. Don't await customers to complain but be prepared and check your occupancy rate properly.

First day stay, the hotel is crowded, breakfast live cooking is not well prepared, waiting in line, maybe only training staff are placed there, don't just sell prices but also pay attention to the load, people are waiting for 45 minutes for eggs!

For business trip, this hotel is ok. Please consider, don't refill aqua because we don't know its cleanliness. Each room should be provided with 2 free mineral bottles.

I checked in on the 8th and checked out on March 9, 2025. Overall the service was very good, friendly and all staff were ready to help. Suggestions that I can give: 1. the condition of the bathroom (I got one with a bathtub and shower), but the glass partition wall is too small so that the shower can wet the bathroom floor (I like a bathroom with a dry floor). It would be better to add a shower curtain to prevent the shower water from wetting the floor area. The position of the shampoo pump is broken and the hot water is not warm enough. I am sure with the current teamwork this can be resolved well. Keep up the spirit of providing the best service.

Overall, it's pretty good. But based on my experienced, Novotel Bandung feels a bit different from some Novotel in other cities. For example, the water provided are not bottled but served in a pitcher. Additionally, the shower water pressure was weak & the toilet pipe seemed clogged. Fortunately, we're allowed to change rooms, but we still had to request a showerhead replacement 😁 This makes feel more like a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star one
