Novotel Bogor Golf Resort & Convention Center

First of all, we appreciate the free upgrade for the room, allowing us to try the outdoor bathtub. We also feel comfortable with the room as it provide us wih great soundproof for privacy. The ambience of the hotel was amazing! Although, the food quality and taste for room service could be better. The white rice we received to accompany the fried fish wasn't fresh (it smells and a bit sticky under the stack) and the fried rice (which is the foundation menu of every hotel) wasn't really seasoned well. Despite the high price settle for the food, we must say we expected something fresh from the kitchen. It could be due to the time we order was a bit late (about 8 pm), nonetheless we couldn't finish the food. BUT, when we visited the restaurant, it was actually fresh. The fresh juice from the bar was great. Kudos to the bar staff that introduced and encouraged us to try! Overall the stay was amazing. The food could be better though, as the hotel was rather far from a decent food place. Thank you!

The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout your stay. Dining here is a pleasure, as the hotel boasts a diverse menu with delicious food that caters to various tastes. The weather during my visit was pleasant, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. One thing to note: while the hotel's natural surroundings are beautiful, it's wise to bring mosquito repellent. The lush environment, while charming, does attract these little pests.

The balcony was not cleaned up. Many leafs were scattered in our balcony, so it was not clean nor comfortable.

Kids were happy, breakfast was excellent.

Very memorable stay experience with my children, really had fun at the kids activity and the pool.

Always a pleasure quality time staying in Novotel wherever its place. Love the vibes, the service was excellent, my kids love all the activities. Well done tim novotel
