it's my 2nd time and have a room in higher floor. turns out the room is smaller than lower floor. but the view is great. the room is super clean, staff is fast response, which is improvement. try the room service and ordered spaghetti carbonara for kids.. it's delicious but more like aglio olio, not creamy enough. can't wait for the 3rd times.

If i could give 10 stars i would.
Initially i booked the middle room but upon check in they told me that i got a free upgrade to the highest type.
The room is excellent in terms of space, view, comfy and cleanliness.
The staffs are exceptional, even thou it’s Eid holiday the operation are still running smoothly.
The only hiccups i had probably just the access from the parking lot on the back to the lobby. All access are from main lobby so it’s not convenience during rainy day.
But everything else is excellent. Great location also, many good food around. KFC just around the corner.

I booked this hotel for my parents when my dad was about to do a check-up at RSCM. They enjoyed their stay there. The hotel is nice, the room is spacious. Delicious food. Great location.

Novotel Cikini is strategically located, the service is very good, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, and of course not new cigarettes. Also equipped with a swimming pool and gym. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. 👍👍👍.

I have been a regular guest at Notovel Cikini, this hotel is indeed our best choice when going to Jakarta. The large rooms, nice bathrooms, fast and friendly staff service, and the many and delicious breakfast variants are definitely value for money 🫡🫡.
