It was a good experience. However, when we came inside the room, too smelly of cigarette smoke. When I booked, I requested to had a non-smoking room due to had a baby as well as had a sensitive nose. Luckily, on the next day, we met the staff (Bu Ratih), she helped us a lot to fixed this things and checked our room as well due to leaking. It would be better if the hotel separate the floor for smoking and non smoking area.

Nice place to stay for exploring northern part of jakarta (I. E. Ancol/dufan/pik/etc.). Only missing thing is smart TV (if you prefer to be in the room for your stay)

Our favorite hotel when stayed in Jakarta. Felt like at home. All staffs were kind, helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Bell boy (my nephew likes him so much). Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. A little story, my sister's room had trouble in AC and shower, we called the front desk at midnight, then the staff came, even their manager came to solve our problem then gave us a new room that more spacious. Thank you so much for the excellent service. The breakfast was complete and delicious. We also loved the pool. Everything was perfect for us. Surely we will back to this hotel soon. Miss all the ambience. Thank you Novotel Mangga Dua ❤️

Check in slow, no amenities in the room, pay more than what we get, the parking should be free but the hotel manage it to get out too long until we cannot wait too long and pay Rp 50.000. We shall not come back here again dan do not recommend to other.
