Sangat tidak rekomendedd! Staff-staffnya gak ada yang benar. Anak saya di letak di kamar lantai 4 lalu saya charge 50 ribu untuk pindah kamar ke lantai 2. Sebelumnya anak saya udah bayar deposit. Pas check out malah staffnya bilang ga ada. Padahal saya dengan suami saya sering nginapin orang terdekat saya ke sana. Kenapa begini staff-staffnya ke pelanggan. Tolong dengan sangat di bina lagi staff-staffnya.
