Great place with greenery area. They provide barbeque facility and vegetable farming. Swimming pool was great but very cold in raining season

the bathroom has an uncomfortable smell, like the smell of the sewer coming back through the drain hole. the hotel atmosphere and staff are friendly, maybe because the timing was wrong when staying because at night it is very noisy there are motorbikes, firecrackers 😅

friendly staff, quick to help park vehicles and carry luggage when it rains, clean rooms, no musty smell, but for hot water you do have to wait a bit, and the swimming pool needs to be cleaned often because there are lots of leaves scattered around

We stayed at Oak Tree Glamping Resort for 2 nights with our toddler and had a mixed experience. The glamping concept is lovely, offering a serene and unique getaway. The location is great, with beautiful surroundings and accessible facilities. However, there are areas that need improvement. The kids' club area beside the pool needs regular cleaning to ensure it's hygienic for children. The pool slide also requires repairs to make it safe and enjoyable. While the idea of a barbecue session at night is appealing, the execution fell short—having only one chef handling everything resulted in long waiting times and rushed preparation, which affected the food's taste and overall experience. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. With some improvements, this place has great potential to offer an even better glamping experience for families.

I'm so happy to be able to stay here, when I first arrived I got a welcome drink with a yummy coconut shell. The staff was friendly, we were escorted to our room, the room was clean, comfortable, the AC was cold, and the bathroom was clean. There was a coffee grinder to make coffee, the kids were really enthusiastic about grinding coffee. Hehe, a first experience for the kids. Oh yeah, it turned out that the room price included a coffee break at 16:00 at the restaurant, followed by dinner at 19:00, it turned out to be a grill menu and "All you can eat" wow, it was so great, I was so happy to eat as much as I could. Plus I got breakfast in the morning. Because I had to check out at 5:30 am, I asked if I could get breakfast in a box, they said "YES" and asked me to wait. Not long after they delivered the breakfast to my car. And said sorry for the long wait even though it wasn't long. Wow, thank you Oak Tree Glamping resort, we will definitely come back there, the staff is super friendly and very helpful....perfecto

Clean room, clean pool, quite clean bathroom, but in my opinion the wooden part under the sink needs improvement, it's better to just remove it because it looks less clean. Soft mattress, for comfortable sleep. Get free BBQ at night, with extra fruit, juice and salad plus live music. For access to the room, you do have to use stairs, for those who bring suitcases and stuff it's a bit troublesome, although the hotel staff is friendly enough to help carry our stuff. Overall it's quite good, it's just that I visited during peak season so the price is quite high at 1.4 million.
