There is a welcome drink upon check in, all hotel staff are friendly, breakfast at Oakwood Bistro is complete & delicious, only when borrowing towels at the swimming pool it takes a while to arrive, and when borrowing a hair dryer it is not delivered to the room. The bathroom is clean. The bedroom is nice and comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was underwhelmed by the amenities and services provided. The room lacked essential facilities, including a refrigerator, wardrobe, and hair dryer. The breakfast options were limited, especially considering the hotel's price range. Compared to other hotels in the same category, the selection was unimpressive. The pool area had broken ceramic tiles, posing a risk to guests' safety. This was a significant concern, and I hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly. Overall, I felt that the hotel's facilities did not justify the high price point. For the cost, I expected more amenities and better maintenance.

Overall, everything is good but the swimming pool has some broken tiles. My nephew's feet were slightly scratched by the broken tiles. Hopefully it will be fixed soon so it doesn't endanger the children's feet.

minus the sound from the next room/above is clearly audible when in the bathroom. strategic location if you need to go to TMII, and access to restaurants has many choices and is quite walking distance. check in time is very easy, at 12 o'clock you can enter the room.

near tmii toll, near tamini square mall, near LRT, near TJ, near tmii tourism near green terrace.. the location of the hotel is the best!!!

Room ok, breakfast ok, kids activity ok. Only staff in the pool area is not there. Wanting to ask for towels is really a hassle, you have to go to the reception, call, WA and fight with other guests when the staff comes. In fact, I asked for one but didn't get it

the room is big, but there is no long sofa so it looks empty because there are many wasted areas in the room. the rest is ok and suitable for families if they are tired from playing TMII because it is attached to TMII

The taste is more improved, the breakfast menu is quite varied but the taste is lacking, I also tried ordering cream soup which was too thick
