The service from the front door to the inside is all friendly, the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and comfortable, just cross the street and you will reach the beach, walk a little bit to reach the Al Hakim Mosque, highly recommended.

We had sahur at 4 am and the food was all gone even though there was still more than 1 hour before dawn, and there weren't too many guests because we were still fasting for the second time. We asked for an egg omelette but there were no eggs. The room was not clean, the pillow cases weren't changed and the plates from yesterday's food weren't cleaned either. We stayed for 2 nights

the experience of staying 3 days 2 nights at this hotel is quite disappointing for a hotel with a price above 1 million
1. when checking in, waiting quite a long time because the room was not ready, finally entered the room not ready and the bathroom lights had not been fixed
2. the toilet did not smell good,
3. when having breakfast, queuing because the seats were full
the food was also like breakfast at a budget hotel of 300, there weren't even any eggs
